Personal Care Assistant Night Duty (Casual, Part-time) – AdevntCare Yarra Ranges

AdventCare is a 'not for profit' organisation offering aged care that embraces Christian values and provide a home for people requiring all levels of care. The organisation is highly regarded in the community. We currently have vacancies for casual and part time Personal Care Assistants (PCA).

AM, PM and ND available immediate start available at our Yarra Ranges facility Warburton.

The successful applicant/s will have:

• Mandatory completion of relevant qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Previous experience in residential care, with knowledge of the aged care standards required:
• Follow organization/facility policies and practices at all times
• Assist residents with their mobility and dressings 
• Assist patients with personal/oral hygiene and other management of daily life tasks
• Perform personal care for residents, such as showing, toileting and changing clothes 
• Ensure the utmost protection of the resident's privacy and dignity at all times 
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience in residential aged care
• Valid Police check (no older than 3 months) Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
• Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination (3 Doses)
